A place in Chile

I`d like to tell you about a great place that I went when I was in school, I was in Segundo medio when I visited this beautiful place callede Termas Geométricas, they were located near Pucón, you have to travel very much in a 4x4 to arrive to this place, because the road was very difficult. I went to this place with a friend of mine called Natalia and with her family. We stayed in Pucón during 2 weeks and one day we visited this place, you only could stay during the day because there was no place to sleep and there was no electric light in this place.

This termas were very special because they were in the middle of the nature, how I mentioned there was no electric light and they were in the middle of nowhere so you were really relaxed , you had no preoccupations, no city, no studies, no noises, no nothing.

My blogging experience is not that new, because I already have a blog where I write about my life and I share some ideas with my friends , the new experience that I have, is that I have to write in English in it. It was very great for me because I didn´t write in English that much since I was in school, where I had to write, speak and listen very much in English ,so this activity has helped me very much to remind things that I have forgotten.

I think that writing in a blog it´s a good way to improve my English because it helps you to think in English about different subjects , that is an important thing when you are learning a new language, also it helps you to improve your grammar,it improves the number of words you know ,but also it helps you to learn more about different web pages and their uses.

I think that the advantages are the things that I mentioned already , we improve our English, we can express our ideas in a better way, me share with our classmates our point of view, we learn from our mistakes and from the mistakes of the other classmates.

And the disadvantages are that we are very tired at this hour, is really and effort to think , and more if you have to think in other language also a disadvantage is that you can distract in the computer with the other programs like msn or other web pages . I think that this are the only disadvantages, I like the way the class is composed , you have different activities and they are very active so you don´t have the time to get sleepy and I think that teacher really make an effort to prepare new and fun activities.

My ideal job

My ideal job will be something related with the different types of teas and herbs.This is because two years ago I knew a man that works in a tea store that is called Hierbaté that is located in the exit of metro Los leones, we began talking very much because I started going to the store to buy some herbs and tea, then we became friends and now I´m working with him at Fridays, I take care of the store when he is out and he also teaches me about the different types of herbs and what are they uses. Also teaches me about the different types of tea that exist and their combination with dry fruits, spices and flowers.
Because of this great experience I´m so interested in knowing more about this things, my ideal job will consist in travelling all around the world searching for different types of herbs and tea and knowing about their uses. After travelling searching the best varieties I will put a tea and herb store and with this I will use my skills in desing.
I will have to be very informed because I will have to know a huge number of types of species around the world and if I want to help peolple with their illnesses I will have to be very responsible .
To get this type of job first of all you need many time to spend travelling, also you need the money ,but I think that if you have the energy and the passion you can do it.
This kind of job will be very difficult to find, I think that you have to move to get the things that you need, you have to work very hard because I think that nobody will knock your door offering a job like this.

A song I like

Hello!
First of all it´s very difficult to me to choose the song i like the most because I´m really a lover of music, but for this work I have to make an effort and make a selection.I choose a song that in the last months I heard the most, and it´s really my favourite song of the last time.
The song is from a group called Belle & Sebastian ,this group is conformed by 7 members, they are Bobby,Chris,Mick,Richard,Sarah,Stevie and Stuart, they are from U.K . The name of the song is “Ease your feet in the sea” and it´s from the album “The boy with the arab strap” .The first time I heard it was in October of last year when a friend of mine sent it one night when we were talking in Messenger.
I like this song because it reminds me the times that I had being at beach, swimming digging myself into water, and sharing with the people I love.

Talk Review

This is a talk is from Ken Robinson who is someone that gives ideas to free the world.I will make a review of one of his talks named "Do schools kills creativity". In his talk he gave many ideas ,I will mention the most importants.

He began saying that we all have an interesting education, we all have the capacity of being creatives and that creativity is as the same important as education. He told that children are more creativity than the other people , they aren´t afraid of being wrong , but when they become adults they lost this capacity stigmatizing their mistakes ,and so they are always afraid of being wrong and of what peolple says and think about them.He said that if peolple is not prepared of being wrong they will not make anything original in their lifes.

He also mentioned that schools are always giving importance to the top subjects and they not give atention to artistic subjects as music,art,dance and theatre. He said that we all born artists but school mould as to be what we are supposed to be, not what we want to be.

I think Ken Robinson’s talk is completely right, because it’s real!WE, people was educated to feel embarrassment (this could be expressed in a better way) of theWW mistakes, specially the kids, theyλalways tryT to not (to) make their parents angry with the marks they get in school(this could be expressed in a better way), (or)not recognizing the wrong things λthey have done, hiding information to their parentsW.O. So everyone is afraid to make mistakes, to do (the) wrong thingsW.O, to give a wrong answer since we’re kids.The School (subjects) pressure the kids to be good at the “(most) importantsλ” likeWW language and maths, but at school the kids can’t develop their potentials, their artistic capacities, then theW.W creativity (goes on a) decrease(this could be expressed in a better way), as Ken Robinson said: “If you're not prepared to be wrong, you'll never come up with anything original”.So this is the importance of changing the education purposes (this could be expressed in a better way)soW.W teachers at the school couldWW help the kids with orientation and support, being openmindedWW to other possibilities (to work) for a better future to them.
